Search every Craigslist at once within a specified radius of you for the car of your choice. It's always about 2 days late on the ads, but it saves me soooo much time.

While this is great if your only looking in for cars. You could just use Autotempest.com which is the same thing but just for cars.

or you could use Pipes. A search aggregator(sp?) for both Kijiji and Craigs

Also, the late ads comes from the fact that the default "Combined Results" mode uses Google to look for ads, so we're only ever as recent as Google's index.
If you really need up-to-date ads, you can try using our "Direct Results" mode. Basically it brings up craigslist in one window, and a control panel in another that allows you to switch through craigslists as needed. It's not for everyone, but it's definitely fast than searching each craigslist individually!
